1, Introduction to sanding process for glass wine bottles:
Montmoring is a decorative method that involves adhering a certain area of glass glaze powder to a glass product, and then baking it at a high temperature of 580-600 ℃ to melt the glass glaze coating on the surface of the glass, resulting in a color that is different from the main body of the glass. Adhesive glass glaze powder can be applied with a brush or roller. According to silk screen printing processing, a frosted floor pattern can be obtained.
The method is to screen print a pattern formed by a solder resist on the surface of the glass product. After the pattern to be printed is air dried, it can be sandblasted. After high-temperature baking, the sand covered surface without patterns melts onto the glass surface, while the sand covered surface on the silk screen pattern cannot be separated from the glass surface due to the effect of the anti melting agent. After baking, the transparent color floor pattern appears through the semi transparent sand surface, forming a special decorative effect. Mongolian sand screen printing resist flux, composed of ferric oxide, talcum powder, clay, etc., ground with a ball mill to a fineness of 350 mesh, and mixed with adhesive before screen printing.
2, When storing glass wine bottles, we should pay attention to identifying:
The main check is whether the wine bottle is perfect: a perfect glass wine bottle includes the bottle body, bottle cap, and bottle label. Some breweries use disposable anti-counterfeiting caps, which are discarded after opening the bottle cap due to damage. After opening the bottle cap, the preserver should store the cap and connector properly. Next is the appearance of glass wine bottles: If some ceramic wine bottles have small defects due to fine scratches, it will seriously affect their value. So try to maintain the appearance of the bottle and handle it gently. And the identity of glass wine bottles: to distinguish whether a container is a wine bottle, the only remaining symbol should be the wine label, so the preserver must not damage the wine label attached to the bottle, ultimately proving that the container is a wine bottle. After preservation, attention should be paid to the maintenance of glass craft wine bottles. Glass craft wine bottles are simple and dirty glass containers. Ordinary glass containers can be rinsed with cleaning solution after use. If it has been used for a long time and accumulates a lot of stains, it is necessary to repeatedly clean it with a fine cloth dipped in cleaning powder, or use a fine cloth dipped in warm vinegar to clean, and the cleaning effect will be better. Other methods, such as using a cloth dipped in a small amount of toothpaste to quietly clean, or using soda water for cleaning, can quickly clean without damaging the cup surface. In addition, it can also be dipped in refined salt for cleaning, and the effect is also excellent.
