What is the role of the annealing process in glass wine bottle production

What is the role of the "annealing" process in the production of glass wine bottles?
Send the red-hot bottle into a long annealing furnace (like a tunnel), and slowly "coax" it to cool down at a temperature of 500-600 degrees. This speed is very particular - the number of degrees per minute must be calculated accurately.
Stay in the annealing furnace for 1-2 hours to make the temperature inside and outside the bottle uniform. This is like soaking in a hot spring thoroughly, not just soaking your feet and coming out.
Glass shrinks when cooling, and annealing allows it to slowly "stretch" and release the internal pressure.
The annealing process mainly solves three problems:
Anti-explosion (most important!)
The surface of the newly formed bottle cools quickly, but the inside is still hot. This temperature difference will cause "internal injuries" to the glass, just like a frozen mineral water bottle will bulge. The annealing furnace uses a temperature of more than 500 degrees to slowly "coax" the bottle to cool down, making the temperature inside and outside consistent and eliminating these hidden dangers.
Relieve pressure
Glass shrinks when it cools, and the annealing process is like giving people a massage, allowing the glass molecules to line up again. Bottles treated in this way are not easy to break even if they are hit hard.
Quality assurance
Annealed bottles are stronger and more durable, and can withstand:
Repeated changes from iced (0℃) to room temperature (25℃)
Bumps and vibrations during transportation
Pressure of long-term storage
Our factory & quipment

What will happen if it is not annealed?
It may suddenly crack when filling wine
It will break inexplicably during transportation
It will explode by itself when placed in the warehouse
What are the advantages of well-annealed bottles?
It can withstand hot and cold (cold beer is available)
It can withstand transportation bumps (no worries from the factory to the supermarket)
It has a longer service life (it will be fine if it is stored for three to five years)
