Vodka glass bottles are fragile and subject to multiple risks during sea transport, including turbulence, stacking and compression, temperature fluctuations, and ship vibrations, making them highly susceptible to cracking, chipping, and breakage. For long-haul sea freight in foreign trade, the industry systematically reduces bottle breakage rates and ensures the safe and stable transport of large-volume export orders through four main methods: reinforced production, customized packaging, standardized packing, and maritime protection.

First, the bottle structure is strengthened from the source to enhance impact resistance. Export-grade vodka bottles undergo high-temperature processing during production, effectively releasing internal glass stress and preventing the bottle from becoming too hard and brittle. This significantly improves resistance to vibration and compression, fundamentally reducing the likelihood of bottles cracking during transport. Simultaneously, factories strictly control the thickness of weak points such as the bottle bottom, shoulder, and neck. The uniform wall thickness effectively withstands continuous vibration and minor compression during sea transport, reducing the probability of batch breakage.

Second, customized protective packaging is used to provide individual protection for each bottle. Each vodka bottle is individually wrapped in a non-slip, dustproof bag, and insulated with custom-made pearl cotton, foam corner protectors, or individual parchment paper to prevent direct friction and collision between bottles. For irregularly shaped or tall bottles, extra-thick cushioning is added to protect the bottle neck and shoulder, preventing chipping, cracking, or breakage during transport.

Furthermore, standardized export packing processes prevent internal displacement and compression. All bottles use five-layer thickened export-grade cardboard boxes, with reinforced corrugated boxes used for some high-value orders. The interior of the box is filled with cushioning material to ensure the bottles do not move or shift within the box. Strict control is maintained over the weight of each box, avoiding overpacking and ensuring consistent protection for all bottles.

Finally, standardized palletizing and stacking methods are implemented for sea freight. All full container wholesale orders are reinforced with a combination of wrapping film, corner protectors, and packing straps, ensuring the pallets are neat and stable to prevent containers from breaking apart or tipping over due to sea turbulence. During loading, containers are sorted by weight and stacked neatly, avoiding heavy stacking and avoiding areas with temperature differences or dampness in the ship's hold to prevent the containers from becoming soft and losing their protective effect.
