What is the difference for normal flint,high flint and extra flint?
Normal flint glass contains around 10% lead oxide,it has a slightly green tint.High flint contains around 20% lead oxide,it has a good transparency. Extraflint also known as super flint, contains around 30% lead oxide, it has the verybest clarity,it's used for high-end products.
How much recycled glass used in production?
For extra-flint glass, in particular, the quantity of glass cullet is kept as low aspossible (10%) in order to avoid impurities appearing in the recycled material.
lf l have my own design,what is the order step?
First, our mold designers will draw drawings according to your design, in theprocess, we may modify some unreasonable elements.
The second step, after you confirm the drawings, we will make the mold, thisprocess will take 10 days.
The third step, the mold is completed, we will make samples, it will take 7 daysThe fourth step,the sample is completed and sent to you by express delivery.The fifth step, sample approved, you place the official order, bulk productionwill take 30 days.
