Our tiny glass bottles are made from high-purity quartz sand and food-grade raw materials, blended with a precise ratio of sodium carbonate and calcium oxide, and then melted at high temperatures to form chemically stable soda-lime glass. This material offers excellent transparency and mechanical strength, effectively blocking oxygen penetration and extending the shelf life of wine. The heavy metal content of the product strictly complies with international standards for food contact materials, ensuring that no harmful substances are released during long-term storage, ensuring the safety of the wine. Our Jingqin production workshop utilizes fully automatic linear bottle-making machines, coupled with high-precision mold processing technology, to ensure uniform bottle wall thickness and consistent bottle neck dimensions. This molding process effectively eliminates dimensional deviations caused by manual operation, ensuring high batch consistency and supporting smooth subsequent filling operations for our customers. The bottles undergo multiple stages of progressive annealing to fully release internal stress, resulting in a product with superior temperature resistance to industry standards and adaptability to storage and long-distance transportation in diverse climates. We also utilize a visual inspection system to screen each finished product for defects such as bubbles, stones, and deformation to prevent unqualified products from entering the market. In bottle design, we prioritize practicality and adaptability. The tiny glass bottles feature internationally standardized necks, perfectly compatible with mainstream filling equipment and caps, helping customers reduce component replacement and production line commissioning time. The bottle's contours are ergonomically designed to ensure both a stable grip and efficient stacking, helping to improve storage space utilization. We offer a variety of capacities and base configurations tailored to the characteristics of different wines. For example, a deep groove base is ideal for aging wines, while a straight-wall design is more conducive to the visual presentation of transparent wines like sake.
