Our brandy bottles are made from high-purity quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone. All incoming raw materials undergo laboratory spectroscopy testing to ensure that heavy metal release is well below national standards for food packaging materials. During the glass melting process, we strictly control the ratio of potassium oxide and magnesium oxide. This formulation ensures that the finished glass possesses excellent chemical inertness, effectively resisting the long-term corrosion of organic acids in brandy. Continuous immersion testing has proven that the bottle does not undergo ion exchange reactions with the brandy, ensuring that the flavor of the wine remains stable during long-term aging due to the container's influence.

The small brandy bottle neck strictly adheres to international standards and utilizes a patented, slightly tapered spiral structure. This structure, combined with a standard aluminum twist-off cap, creates a dual seal: the external thread provides mechanical retention, while the internal plug creates a hermetic seal. We use an optical projector to spot-check the neck of each production batch, ensuring a roundness tolerance of no more than 0.15 mm. This precision ensures perfect compatibility with wholesale customers' bottling lines, ensuring efficient bottling while effectively preventing spills.
